Job Summary

This role will take lead for all sales activities in states to be determined later for all CHV programs and responsible for driving revenue growth by maximizing program utilization within primary territory assignments.



  • Bachelor of Arts or Sciences and/or relevant job experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in a healthcare sales setting required.
  • 3+ years of managing large strategic accounts.

Responsibilities Overview

Program Management

  • Develops and maintains a strategic plan, timelines, and tracks program progress to achieve implementation goals and contract penetration through regularly published metrics.
  • Develop expert product acumen within program offerings.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews and strategic planning meetings to facilitate alignment between partner organizations.
  • Orchestrate business unit resources to drive support for partner needs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the CHV team and partners to develop/share best practices and drive results.



  • Use a consultative sales approach to work closely with Community Health Center members to increase utilization of program offerings and drive value to Health Centers.
  • Maintain outreach to sales opportunities (by phone, email, and travel) in the designated territory.
  • Increase same-store growth and strategic sales/relationship development within assigned territory.
  • Inform and educate membership regarding the program/contract opportunities that exist by utilizing available resources.
  • Conduct routine business reviews to summarize value delivered to members and identify additional opportunities that may exist within the member’s strategic objectives.
  • Must be able to meet and establish positive working relationships with all levels of a member organization, from operational employees to executive-level leaders.
  • Accurately utilize CRM to develop a sales pipeline for tracking new opportunities and business interactions.

  • Time management/strong work ethic/results oriented.
  • Relationship development and influential with C-suite.
  • Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Must possess strong leadership skills and in-depth, management knowledge.
  • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
  • Winning, outgoing personality that is flexible, yet direct.
  • Ability to be collaborative in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.


Geographic Location, Standard Business Hours, and Travel Requirements

  • Located in the continental U.S. within no more than a 60-minute radius of a major U.S. airport (a hub, not a regional airport).
  • 50 - 75% of travel is required for business purposes and staff development.
